I’ve gotten a few questions as to the choice of NeverNeverNet as an alternative name to 7 Circles

So here I am explaining why it was picked 🙂

The reason we picked nevernever network/nevernevernet is because as I’m sure you all guessed, based on the old fairy tale of a place where you can go if you don’t ever want to grow up.

In a sense, 7 Circles is a network for people who don’t like the way the current internet is, who think it’s going the wrong way or just want a community of people who think the way it used to be, the way of the internet being a space for people and not for companies, gather. 7 Circles itself is a network that doesn’t want to “grow up”. We don’t follow modern internet design practices, we don’t believe in paywalls or adware tracking, bloat or corporate run services powering everything.

We are a group that stands to the wind of the modern internet, and hence doesn’t want to/won’t grow up

NeverNever Network is the most suiting name for that, I think < 3
